So i took the health test that was provided to us so we can test our level of fitness, and
according to it I’m like, totally healthy. These are my awesome results:
Cigarette Smoking
10 out of 10 (100%)
Alcohol and Drugs
8 out of 8 (100%)
Eating Habits
6 out of 8 (75%)
Exercise Fitness
5 out of 8 (62.5%)
Stress Control
6 out of 10 (60%)
Safety
10 out of 10 (100%)
This gives me a total of 83%, that means I am healthy but I should still improve. Its not good enough to make me feel confortable about my health, but it's still way better than an american's health, am I right?
Lets see how this is different from my mom's:
Cigarette Smoking
10 out of 10 (100%)
Alcohol and Drugs
8 out of 8 (100%)
Eating Habits
6 out of 8 (62.5%)
Exercise Fitness
5 out of 8 (37.5%)
Stress Control
6 out of 10 (70%)
Safety
10 out of 10 (100%)
Now, according to this, my mom got a total of 78%, it makes her almoust as healthy as I am.
So this means we have healthy habits. This next slide presentation should back that up:
This shows i have very weird health habits... anyways, I also have this fitness test we made but i still don't have the results, don't worry, i'll post them as soon as i get them.
All this made me realize that even though most of my habits are healthy, i should definitively eat healthier, and work out a lot more. I should also find an activity to help me relax and avoid stress... apparently scaring the hell out of people doesn't qualify... Well, i hope you all the best, good luck on your health tests and see you all in Tilberg ^.^
